Our spinal analysis and care plan are both individualized and personalized. It incorporates both soft tissue tonal and specific segmental vertebral adjusting that includes static palpation, motion palpation and radiographic analysis, along with a precision drop table, instrument adjusting, toggle-recoil and updated specific segmental diversified techniques that have been the foundation in spinal care. Some of the therapies we utilize are:

Spinal Decompression - Decompression Traction Stabilization (DTS) is a nonsurgical spinal decompression utilizing motorized traction services photo 1that may help relieve back pain or neck pain. Spinal decompression works by gently stretching the spine, that changes the force and position of the spine. This will take pressure off the spinal disks, which are gel-like cushions between the bones in your spine.

Doctors have used nonsurgical spinal decompression in an attempt to treat: back pain, neck pain or sciatica (weakness or tingling that extends down the leg), bulging or herniated disk disease and more! You are fully clothed during spinal decompression therapy. The doctor fits you with a harness around your pelvis and another around your trunk. You lie face up on a computer-controlled table. The doctor operates the computer, customizing treatment to your specific needs.

Electric Muscle Stimulation (E-Stim) - Muscle stimulation therapy can relieve painful joints and muscles as well as pain from stress and tension. People who suffer with fibromyalgia are also finding pain relief with regular electrical stimulation treatments for symptoms that include chronic headaches, muscle weakness, fatigue, and overall bodily aches and pain. Some fibromyalgia patients also report alleviation of chronic insomnia after regular use of muscle stimulation therapy.

Laser therapy can be safely used as an adjunct or replacement for pharmaceutical drugs. This pain relief treatment is FDA cleared and enables patients to have an alternative to drugs and surgery. Laser therapy treatments last between 5 and 10 minutes depending on the condition being treated. Laser therapy treatments must be administered directly to skin, as laser light cannot penetrate through layers of clothing. You will feel a soothing warmth as the therapy is administered.

Ultrasound Therapy - One of the greatest proposed benefits of ultrasound therapy is that it is thought to reduce the healing time of certain soft tissue injuries. Ultrasound is thought to accelerate the normal resolution time of the inflammatory process by attracting more mast cells to the site of injury. This may cause an increase in blood flow which can be beneficial in the sub-acute phase of tissue injury. As blood flow may be increased, it is not advised to use ultrasound immediately after injury. Ultrasound may also stimulate the production of more collagen, which is the main protein component in soft tissue such as tendons and ligaments. Hence ultrasound may accelerate the proliferative phase of tissue healing. It is thought to improve the extensibility of mature collagen and have a positive effect on fibrous scar tissue which may form after an injury.

Whole Body Vibrations - The science behind Whole Body Vibrations (WBV) has been around for over 40 years, and the effects of WBV are remarkable. Power Vibe utilizes vertical, oscillating, and elliptical vibration to provide the right machine for the right results. WBV will help people with poor flexibility and helps improve circulation. WBV helps reduce the appearance of cellulite and varicose veins. WBV as a fitness routine helps improve muscle strength by contracting the muscles 20-50 times per second, which in turn will also give positive cardiac effects. For people with injuries, WBV will enhance rehabilitation by increasing blood flow and oxygenation throughout the body.
